30 Seconds Over Chicago is an advertising club & competition that is opening-up the creative process to make 30-second commercials for 34 Chicago-area craft breweries.
Interested copywriters, filmmakers and beer lovers have until midnight on Monday, April 29th to read the creative briefs of the 34 participating breweries and post their pitches for a 30-second ad. On Tuesday, April 30th, we're having the DRAUGHT PICKS, where each brewery will pick their favorite pitches. If your idea is picked, you’ll have 4 weeks to build a team and make your ad. All ads will premiere at the Double Door on Wednesday, May 29th, and will be critiqued by creative directors from 3 Chicago ad agencies. The event will stream LIVE, and the audience will vote for the winner, who gets $1000 CASH!!! Plus, each team that makes an ad gets a keg!

The ads will be critiqued by 3 ad agency creative directors, but the audience will vote and decide the winner. Think "Mad Men meets American Idol."
